How long does shipping take?

Please account for up to 7 days for your order to be processed. The processing time is separate from the shipping times that are listed at checkout. Carrier shipping (what is listed at checkout) times are below:

Standard Domestic Shipping: 2-8 days

Priority Domestic Shipping: 2-3 days

Standard International Shipping: 4-10 days


How much is shipping?


All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Total weight of package
  • Selected shipping method

Do you have a size chart?

You bet! Our size chart can be found in the footer of the website titled “size guide.”

I only received one of my products in my package, what do I do?

First, please confirm you ordered the correct number of items within your order confirmation email. Second, orders will sometimes be sent in multiple packages, so hang tight! Third, if you have proceeded with the first and second step and still have not received your remaining items, please email contact@retroreprise.co with the subject line “Missing From Package—Order#” and include your name and address in the description. 


I received the wrong item or size, can you help?

First, please confirm you ordered the correct product within your order confirmation email. If so, we apologize! Please email contact@retroreprise.co with the subject line “Incorrect Order—Order #” and include your name and order number in the description.


My products arrived damaged. What do I do?

We will take care of you! Please visit our Return and Exchange Policy page located in the website footer for instructions.


How do I make a return or exchange?

For an international order, will I have to pay international tax & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
