Return and Exchange Policy

Retro Reprise Return and Exchange Policy:


All regular priced items purchased from are eligible for return within 20 days of purchase. Refunds on eligible returns are calculated on the final sale of the product itself only and will not include tax, duties, shipping or other fees. 

We simply ask that the following requirements are respected: 

  1. The items to be in their original packing.
  2. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be eligible for return.

Damaged Items: 

If the purchased product arrives damaged, the shopper will be eligible for a refund. Please send an email to with the subject line “Damaged—Order#” and include your name, address and a photo of the damaged product(s) in the description. Once the damaged refund is approved, the shopper will receive a refund. Please note that after the refund has been processed, please allow up to 14 days for refund to show in your bank account.

Lost in Transit: 

If the shoppers order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a refund. If you feel that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. Once your claim is filed, please send an email to with the subject line “Lost/Stolen—Order#” and include your name, address and info regarding your claim in the description..

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Final Sale Items:

Final sale items may not be refunded or exchanged. All product bundle or box purchases are considered Final Sale. This can be found in each product description.



If the item is accepted and eligible for a refund, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning their purchased item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International Orders:

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

Return Process:

If your purchase is eligible for return, please send an email to with the subject line “Return—Order#” and include your name, address and reason for return in the description. Please allow up to 7-10  business days from when we receive your returned order for us to process your refund. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Please be patient!



We offer exchanges for different sizes and/or colorways (if applicable) of the same product that also meet the following requirements:

  1. The exchange request was submitted via email to within 20 days of purchase.
  2. The product the shopper is exchanging for is still in stock. You may find if this product is in stock by emailing, or seeing if the product, color and size is still for sale on our website. If the website is password protected, that means the item is no longer eligible for exchange.
  3. The product the shopper is looking to exchange was not a Sale or Final Sale or purchased as a bundle.
  4. If the item to be exchanged is a set, the entire set must be exchanged as we are unable to mix and match sizes within sets. For example, if you purchase a Medium set, we are unable to exchange just the top for a different size.

Exchange Process:

If your purchase meets the Exchange requirements and is eligible for exchange, please email with the subject line “Exchange—Order #” and include your name, address and details regarding your exchange in the description. Please allow up to 5-7 business days after we have received your product(s) to process your exchange and prepare your new product(s) to be sent. Shopper will be responsible for paying for shipping costs.
